How many options can I sell/issue?

A company can issue as many options as they want, even more than there are stocks or certificates. But we do not recommend this. This is because the assistance of a notary is required for the issue of new shares. This costs time and money. In addition, it creates uncertainty for investors or other shareholders about who owns what and is entitled to what. If you make sure you spend as many options as you have shares, you can immediately help a person who wants to exercise his options. This is why we advise setting up a foundation that holds the shares on which options are attached and can therefore immediately issue a certificate for the share when necessary.
