What does setting up the legal documents entail?

Here we'll set game rules based on questionnaire responses, integrating them into Trust Conditions/Deed of Transfer, covering Drag Along, Tag Along, Vesting terms, and voting rights.

Based on a questionnaire, we will establish the 'rules of the game'. These 'rules' will be included in the trust conditions and/or deed of transfer.

Examples of choices made in this step are:

• Stipulate or not a Drag Along
• Stipulate or not a Tag Along 
• Stipulate or not a Vesting? If positive, what is the Vesting Schedule?
• Do you want to work with voting rights or not, for example?
