You will understand our customer’s needs and proactively identify ways in which they can interact with Share Council to achieve their goals!
First a little more about Share Council… Share Council is an employee ownership platform for organizations that want to make an impact. It was founded on the premise that the world's biggest problems are just getting bigger - while the world's richest are just getting richer. This cannot be the goal. So we decided to fix both, by making co-ownership the new social norm. We work with more than a hundred clients like Tony’s Chocolonely, Seepje, Mywheels, Bunq and The Seaweed company. Our office is located in the heart of ‘De Pijp’ in Amsterdam, we offer flexible working hours and as cherry on the cake possibly equity (ownership) down the road.
What you will do Be responsible for daily contact with our customers. Improve customer retention metrics (adoption, retention, engagement). You will ensure that our customers are guided in the process towards co-ownership. Identify, improve, and lead all aspects of the health status of our customers. Make sure that customers get maximum value from Share Council and give them insight into this through high-touch relationship building. Develop playbooks and contribute to team strategy for new customer onboarding and customer growth/renewal to ensure ongoing customer success.
What you will need Strong written and verbal communication skills. Quick learner and can thrive in a constantly evolving hyper-growth environment. Proactive mentality and excellent time management skills. You need to be able to work at least two days per week at our office in Amsterdam.
What's in it for you
Innovative scale-up environment with hyper growth potential;
A culture where autonomy, passion and daring to do things differently are of paramount importance;
Be a part of a culture of learning that will take your professional growth to another level with collaborative + thoughtful team members;
Our office is located in De Pijp in Amsterdam where we work together as much as possible, including lunch and walking breaks (with our office dog Lunie).
