Junior Customer Success Manager

About the role
Share Council is growing its Customer Success team, and we are looking for empathetic, customer-centric individuals to join our team! Everyone in our Customer Success team has very diverse responsibilities - from onboarding clients and setting them up for success to deepening relationships with our existing customers and improving the value they get through working together with Share Council. You will impact our customers immensely by helping them with setting up their Participation Plan and Platform. You will understand our customer’s needs and proactively identify ways in which they can interact with Share Council to achieve their goals!

Share Council is an employee ownership platform for organizations that want to make an impact. It was founded on the premise that the world's biggest problems are just getting bigger - while the world's richest are just getting richer. This cannot be the goal. So we decided to fix both, by making co-ownership the new social norm. We work with more than a hundred clients like Tony’s Chocolonely, Seepje, Mywheels, Bunq and The Seaweed company. Our office is located in the heart of ‘De Pijp’ in Amsterdam, we offer flexible working hours and as cherry on the cake possibly equity (ownership) down the road.

What you will do
Be responsible for daily contact with our customers.
Improve customer retention metrics (adoption, retention, engagement).
You will ensure that our customers are guided in the process towards
co-ownership. Identify, improve, and lead all aspects of the health status of
our customers.
Make sure that customers get maximum value from Share Council and give
them insight into this through high-touch relationship building.
Develop playbooks and contribute to team strategy for new customer
onboarding and customer growth/renewal to ensure ongoing customer
success.

What you will need
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Quick learner and can thrive in a constantly evolving hyper-growth environment.
Proactive mentality and excellent time management skills.
You need to be able to work at least two days per week at our office in Amsterdam.
