Annual fees
The yearly subscription is based on the amount of participants in your entity where we differ between employees and ambassadors. Everyone starts with the base-fee for 25 employees and 150 ambassadors. On top of that, one could get extra costs for extra employees and extra ambassadors. In general, normal participants are (ex)employees and then ambassadors are clients, suppliers or investors with minimal contractual demands (only loans or equity and no vesting).

Notary
The notary services are extra services which Share Council supports but is not part of our package.
We have agreements with notaries for incorporating a trust foundation for lower costs. These agreements stand for setting up a standard STAK to Share Council (customisable) templates and share emission against nominal value. Deviation of this package might incur extra costs.
Payments for these services will not be done to Share Council, but immediately to the notary. Share Council does not earn money on these services, but supports them to make it as easy and convenient as possible. These costs are optional and directly linked to the notary costs. We advise the use of our notary partners, because they know our documentation. Your own notary might charge extra for studying our documentation.
Expert consultancy
When outside of our standard onboarding procedure more advisory work is needed we of course will help you.
For this we would charge € 252 per hour extra. Of course this is optional and communicated in advance.
