Annual fees
Annual fees
The yearly subscription is based on the amount of participants in your entity where we differ between employees and ambassadors. Everyone starts with the base-fee for 25 employees and 150 ambassadors. On top of that, one could get extra costs for extra employees and extra ambassadors. In general, ambassadors are clients, suppliers or investors with minimal contract demands.
Onboarding fees
The onboarding is set up out of 3 phases. The first two phases are optional.

Notary
The notary services are extra services which are not items that Share Council earns money on.
We have fixed agreements with Fieldfisher in Amsterdam for incorporating a trust foundation for fixed lower costs.
These costs are optional and directly linked to the notary costs. We advise Fieldfisher, because they know our documentation, a different notary will most likely charge extra for studying our documentation.
Expert consultancy
When outside of our standard onboarding procedure more advisory work is needed we of course will help you.
For this we would charge € 150 per hour extra. Of course this is optional and communicated in advance.

Your pricing plan is based on your onboarding, the types of participants that join, and the number of participants of each type. The prices below are for founders and employees. We charge €3 per year for each community shareholder added.1-25 participants

Straightforward and predictable pricing
- An onboarding guidance fee of €3,500 and up is charged to set up your team
- Contract duration: Between one and five years, paid in advance
- We offer a 10% discount on 3-year and 15% discount on 5-year contracts
- Billing is annual
- Extra: Third party services: € 1.750 for STAK foundation by our favourite notary.
