You set up your structure in the platform, with the STAK paperwork prepared for you and 2 hours of setup support included. Use those hours for hands-on setup help or for fiscal advice, whichever you need to start right, with chat and email support alongside. We've been trying to bring this support down even further, but we keep seeing that clients who don't get it don't succeed, so we'd rather do right by you and keep it in. If you'd rather have a dedicated onboarding manager walking you through every step from day one, that's the Scale plan.

From the second year on it's €1,990/year for the full platform and your Equidam valuation, all year round. The notary STAK creation, if and when you want it, stays a separate one-off €1,950.
A STAK is the Dutch trust foundation that holds shares and issues depository receipts (certificaten) to your team. Creating one normally needs a notary. An option over a future STAK lets you grant your team options now, before the STAK is formally notarised, by preparing all the paperwork up front (articles, trust conditions, valuation method, rules of engagement). No notary needed to start, and you can be up and running in about a week. When you're ready to formalise it, typically when you raise your first real round and start hiring in earnest, you trigger the STAK creation with one email, for €1,950. The options then sit over the new STAK.

Past that, or with more complex instruments, Scale takes over.
