Customer Success Student Worker

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student who is passionate about employee ownership to join our team as a Customer Success Student Worker. In this role, you will work closely with our customer success team, assisting with various tasks related to client onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to learn about customer success processes and strategies, work closely with our customers, and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

It was founded on the premise that the world's biggest problems are just getting bigger - while the world's richest are just getting richer. This cannot be the goal. So we decided to fix both, by making co-ownership the new social norm. We work with more than a hundred clients like Tony’s Chocolonely, Seepje, Mywheels, Bunq and The Seaweed company. Our office is located in the heart of ‘De Pijp’ in Amsterdam, we offer flexible working hours and as cherry on the cake possibly equity (ownership) down the road.

What you will do

  • Assist with customer onboarding tasks, such as setting up new accounts and providing training and support to new customers
  • Work with our customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing proactive support
  • Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities for upselling and renewals
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to continuously improve our products and processes
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to learn about customer success practices and strategies

What you will need

  • You are currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field, such as business, law or communications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS products and customer success strategies
  • Willingness to work approximately 20 hours per week
