What is Potential Return on Investment versus the actual Return on Investment?
When you own certificates or other financial instruments, you will see a "Potential Return on Investment" (Potential RoI) in your wallet. This essentially answers the question: how much money would you get if you sold this piece now?
This is potential profit because you haven't received the money yet. It could be that the valuation goes down again, which would also reduce your potential profit. You only know your actual profit when you have actually received the money.
