Share Council is not the right fit if
If the table above leaves you unsure, book an expert hour or read the knowledge base.
A notary sets up a STAK, and a transfer of BV shares needs a notarial deed. Share Council keeps the register of certificates and the signed documents, and prepares the deeds for certificate transfers. It doesn't replace your notary, but our team can coordinate the legal work with your notary as a paid service.
The free plan, for companies with up to 25 shareholders, records shares only. Certificates, options, valuations with Equidam and trading days need a paid plan, listed on the pricing page.
Yes, if it is private. Rockfeather grew from ten employees to over 30, and Anne&Max set up its STAK with us across more than 30 locations.
Equidam is our partner for valuations. You start one from the Valuation tab and add the result yourself. A price from an investor round or your adviser works too.
The longer you wait, the higher the fair entry price for your team climbs.
