Can I upload my existing Excel file?
Not as it is. You type today's cap table into the sign-up wizard, and our team imports the history as a paid service.
Is this our legal shareholder register?
Share Council keeps your holders and transactions, but it isn't a notary. Transferring shares in a B.V. still needs a notarial deed. Ask your notary what your statutory register must contain.
How long will the move take?
We haven't timed it, so we give no number. The wizard saves your draft as you go, and the import depends on how many years your file holds.
Who checks the numbers?
You do, against your deeds. The review step then shows every row before you confirm.
Which plan do I need?
Shares are free to try. Certificates, options, SARs and bonds need a paid plan, and Complete Platform Setup is a one-off on top.
Is our data safe?
Every user signs in with mandatory two-factor authentication, and holders you don't invite have no login at all.
